For me the meta theme that emerged on the first official day of TED was mass collaboration. This emerged in many talks in many forms throughout the day and I will share more in the next post.

Artist, Candy Chang did a project in New Orleans, placing removeable stickers on empty storefronts so that individiuals could write in their wishes. The result was moving and often humorous.
