When I first heard Fitz and The Tantrums I was disoriented--I hadn't heard the clean force of funk in a very long time. When my ears re-calibrated to the neo-soul groove, I was blown away.

I like this simplified version of "Don't Gotta Work It Out" below because they are in Amsterdam, one of my favorite cities. The a cappella and sax only arrangement is also cool.
